FUNDAMENTALS OF CANINE BEHAVIOUR (PART 1) ONLINE COURSE 

Course Access

The course is available for 365 days from day of enrolment.

Cancellation Policy

• Course applicants are entitled to a full refund (minus cancellation fee) for 14 days from date of purchase.
• Course cancellation will incur a £35 admin fee.
• Strictly no refunds will be issued after 14 days from purchase date.
• Upon cancellation and once refund is issued during the 14 day cancellation period, access to the online classroom will be revoked.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure of Intellectual Property

Applicants understand and agree to comply with PACT’s confidentiality and non-disclosure policy as set out below - by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions upon booking [by inserting a tick in the T&C box and completing the booking].

1. Students agree not to disclose their online classroom login information with any third party.
2. Students agree not disclose, pass or forward, any or part of the course materials to any third party. Course material refers to lectures, private videos, self-assessments and handouts. Widely available materials such as scientific papers, articles and non-private videos are exempt.
3. Students agree not disclose, share or forward, the content of any PACT email with any third party
4. Students agree not to copy or reproduce the PACT course, nor any part of the PACT course, for personal business endeavours.
5. Students acknowledge that all PACT course materials and resources (where applicable) remain the Intellectual Property of PACT.
6. Students acknowledge that evidence of failure to adhere to any of the above, may result in the following (relevant) action being taken:

• Student removal from course.
• Access to online classroom permanently revoked. No refund(s) will be given.
• Legal action

Cancellation Policy

Immediate access on-demand webinars are STRICTLY non-refundable.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure of Intellectual Property

2. Buyers  agree not to forward webinar material (scientific papers excluded) to any third party.
3. Buyers agree not disclose, share or forward, the content of any PACT email with any third party.
4. Buyers acknowledge that all webinar materials and resources (where applicable) remain the Intellectual Property of PACT.
5. Buyers acknowledge that evidence of failure to adhere to any of the above, may result in the following (relevant) action being taken:

• Access to online classroom permanently revoked. No refund(s) will be given.
• Legal action
